Yes, it is.
Because we have big regression issue with 1.1.1 (After update to 1.1.1.591, AC does not react to Close e-mail.) was decided to address this with HotFix. And fix was released as 1.1.2 version.
So 1.1.3 is target release for Office issue. (planned in January by the way)
