What version of LEM are you running? They changed the labeling in version 5.5 (I believe) as people found the NATO5 labeling confusing. The rules are all still there though. I am running the latest RC for 5.6, and they have reworked the labeling system for the rules. They are no longer labeled as NATO5, and are now broken out into more understandable categories like Security, Compliance, etc.
