I see RC4 in my Customer Portal; it's been there for over a week. I do remember a gap (a couple of weeks ago) when RC3 was pulled from the Customer Portal, but that was because SW was getting ready to replace it with RC4. So, the issue of missing RC may be specific to some SolarWinds customers like yourself. I know this is not much help for you, but I thought it is worth pointing out. Anyway, your question is a valid one, especially since it's happen more than once. What have the SolarWinds tech support folks told you about this matter?
