We are looking at creating some custom application templates in SAM to monitor GOTS. We are looking at the Solarwinds documentation, but majority of the existing documentation library is using COTS monitors. Does anyone know where I can get some documentation (deep dive) on creating custom templates and then load them into the dashboard. I also need to monitor user experience with these GOTS outside the firewall. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
