What version of SM are you using? I'm not sure if this has been addressed in the later versions of SM, but in 5.3.x you can do it, but it's a tad messy... Example: You want a report to run every 4 hours & emailed to you: Go to Reports > Report Schedules and create a New Schedule ( You will need a schedule for every time period that you want the report to run 4am, 8am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm, 12am; Create a new schedule, Select Daily as the Frequency as Daily & Time to run (e.g. 4am) - Fill in the rest of the details/ mail recipients / report you want to run etc & save it. Then create another schedule with the next time period 8am with the same details, keep going until you have all the times you want... I'm sure Balki or one the guys on the later version of SM can confirm wether this has been addressed in the later versions, otherwise will need to raise a Feature Request to have it added. Edit: I've had a look on the v5.6 interactive demo and the schedule is still the same as 5.3.x I think I'll raise a FR for this as I'd imagine I'm not the only one who'd like a report ran more than once a day without having to create multiple schedules.
