I am sorry for late reply,
The SNMP test is successful as you said, i delete unknow interfaces and re-poll the device still same issue with no luck.
but meanwhile i installed trial version of Solarwinds NPM on my laptop and i tried to add the device there, this time i had luck, everything is fine, hardware status is showing.device added successfully.
how it can be. Many thanks for your patience , hope you understood.
