Hello,
I have tried to use Cisco config viewer to view configuration in M series Cisco router but the following error displayed :
" cannot download config from ( IP address for the router ) transfer failed network/server timeout ".
however when I try to view or download config from Cisco switches, the process success and the configuration downloaded correctly.
please, need help urgently
