The LEM version we are using is v5.5.
Ok, I run watchlog as advised and the error message I got was: "...[FLEX_CONSOLE_LOGGING ... Connection refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections."
@garrethcoleman: please could you outline the steps on how I can get an SSH connection established (as I'm new to this application)?
