When you used the Set button did you change CN to OU (CN=Users to OU=Your_OU_Name)? If you do that and hit Set it should propagate down through the list. There appears to be a bug in the program when trying to import the OU from a spreadsheet. It will change the OU designation to CN so if you want OU then you have to set it manually.
