Are you still having probs with the upgrade post NTAv4.0.3 35thgt ? If so I'd raise a case.
I was initially having the same issues as you, would restart the service once ppl complained and all was well again for {insert random period of time}
Now a couple of weeks on v4.0.3 and I haven't received a no graphing complaint since.
