Was previously using IBM Tivoli. Decided to change due to a transformation and wanted agentless monitoring. - Which SolarWinds product(s) saved your bacon?
Network Performance Monitoring - We set the alerts to broadcast to our Service Desk and On-Call phone and has made the recovery time much quicker than we had previously. - Did you consider other options, and why did you choose SolarWinds?
Looked into a few options, but due to brother projects using SolarWinds and provided great feedback, we decided to go with SolarWinds. SolarWinds has been able to provide everything we needed for our client. - How has life been since you've rolled out SolarWinds in your environment?
SolarWinds has made things very easy. It required very little tweaking to get everything working and runs pretty smooth. Outside of a few hiccups, we have been very satisfied.
