- What was life like before using SolarWinds?
We were using SysAid the system kept failing. We moved to web help desk and everything is awesome now, users can now submit tickets via web or email and the auto routeing feature saves us from manually assigning tickets to our support team.
- Which SolarWinds product(s) saved your bacon?
Orion saved our bacon quite a few times, the notifications for used up disk space and memory/cpu usage is the best tool we have. Couldnt live with out it.
- Did you consider other options, and why did you choose SolarWinds?
We looked at manage engine but compared to the features offered from SolarWinds did not compare. We Love SW
- How has life been since you've rolled out SolarWinds in your environment?
Alot better now I can actually get some sleep now that we can catch issues before they arise with Orion.
