menga, we've only seen a couple of instances of this issue being reported and they're all fairly new. What CU is installed on the Exchange server? Have you installed any other Exchange hotfixes that you're aware of? Also, since this appears to be a new installation, can you verify that this server does in fact have the Mailbox role assigned and that the IP address for the node is that of the host and not a shared DAG cluster IP? Lastly, would you please open a case with support so we can work directly with you to troubleshoot this issue? This should be faster than Thwack and will allow us the opportunity to look through the diagnostic logs to troubleshoot the issue more effectively.
