[Settings - Customize Menu Bars] and click "Edit" above the menu bar you wish to modify, then simply drag and drop items from the right panel to the left to remove items from the menu bar. To add new items to the menu bar, drag items from the left column of "Available Items" to the "Selected Items" column.
