We tried the delete and the re-add but it didn't work. As I mentioned we have one Vcenter 5.5 working fine on 2008 R2, its just the one under Server2012 that isn't working correctly. Right now we are trying to see if there are OS-based restrictions preventing us from communicating properly. We don't think this is the case but its all we can do on our part. Currently the error from the logs on the Orion server are showing:
