SNMP OID Monitoring

I'm coming across something I haven't seen before. I need to monitor an application running on a AIX server. I have identified OID that needs to be monitored. While doing verification it was noticed the OID had changed.

How can monitor the OID if it changes like this? This server has not been rebooted and or the instance restarted either.
