When Modifying Custom Properties For Offline Nodes - Submission Takes Long Time

Dear SolarWinds Team,

This is probably feature request. I hope this is the right place to ask for it

When node is DOWN often I use Custom Properties to make notes of the reason it is down, etc. When applying changes it takes a while to do so:

After some time I get a warning:

I click OK here, as I am aware that WMI is not accessible.

It would be really useful to have a check-box next to SUBMIT button which says "bypass validation test" (or maybe other similar logic, which would not do validation if node is down). This way that the whole process can work faster
