If you're willing, please try Network Sonar again disabling VMware discovery. If you have Hyper-V hosts in that IP address range try and exclude those as well, and let us know if that resolves the issue. Either way, if you're able to recreate the issue easily please reply to the beta invite email you received and include a recent diagnostic following a failed discovery.

1. have is the IIS website default to SSL with your self signed cert that you include.
This is something we're considering for a future release.
2. Summary report for issue admins need to look within SAM (performance, capacity, etc,) or maybe discover itself with appropriate metrics based on the platform its running on.
Can you provide more specific details? This may be something someone in the Report Lab may be able to assist creating.
