Alex, That is correct - 64-bit only. We may look at 32-bit support in the future, but it is difficult to have comparable filtering / analysis performance on a 32-bit platform.

You can address this in a couple of different ways- Make the Alerts view the default view for helpdesk and they can use the checkbox to hide already acknowledged alerts (as shown in screencap below)-...

Actually, I just figured this out. Create a Smart Group, have it start with all monitors, but add a line that removes the group that you do not want listed. Works like a charm. Thanks me.
